team training. There are many important benefits of Team Training but here I want to focus on their impact on employee performance. By allowing them to hear everything you want to say they will not be distracted by background noise such as cell phones and chatting staff members. You need to keep your staff focused on the task at hand by ensuring that the staff development training sessions are highly focused on a particular skill that you want them to learn. A good example of this would be an anti-tampering training session to teach staff members how to spot fake notes and bank transfers. You need to ensure that your staff feel that they are valued and respected. They should feel that their opinions count and that they are being listened to. Overall the value of staff development training is that it can be easily incorporated into your daily routine. These training sessions can also be adapted for specific group events and each training session will train a slightly different group of staff members.
